For a confirmed iPhone registered to the AT&T network:

  • If there was an unlocking processing error, we will issue a refund.
  • When you receive the notification that your iPhone is now “Unlocked” in Apple’s database and you still cannot activate it after using either the “Standard Instructions” or the “Alternative Instructions”, this indicates a problem with your iPhone or the Computer you are connected to. We will do our best to assist you, however, we are unable to issue refunds for these kinds of problems.
